Morgan is known for her intense dedication to her clients. When she believes in something or someone, Morgan does not give up. She is known for her passion for criminal defense, addressing the shortcomings of the criminal justice system and fighting for the underdog.  With a background in public defense, Morgan knows that the legal system often treats her clients like criminals before there has been any determination of guilt or innocence. With Armbrust Law, you can be sure that you will be treated through every stage of your case with grace, dignity and respect, never judgment or condemnation. Morgan will be dedicated to you and your case from start to finish, with transparency, so that you are prepared for every court date with understanding of each step in the process.

In order to run an efficient, effective, and flexible law practice, Morgan decided to open her own solo practice. This allows her to provide a superb customer experience through flexible and remote client meetings and consultations, online payment systems, and other virtual services to keep costs low, while still maintaining a physical office to meet with clients, prepare for motions and trials, and be involved in the local lawyering community. Morgan provides her services at an hourly rate or a flat fee. Please schedule a consultation to discuss your case and determine whether a flat fee or hourly rate is appropriate for your case.

Consultations

Consultations are incredibly helpful for both the client and the attorney. Once you have scheduled a consultation, I will take the time to review your case. During the consultation, we will work together to determine your goals and desired outcomes, discusses what services are necessary to reach those outcomes and goals to the best of my ability, and determine next steps. At no time will you be put under pressure to sign a contract with me. All consultation fees are applied to your overall case fees if you choose to work with me.

Cost of Representation*

The criminal justice system can be confusing and intimidating. I will work with you to find the most efficient and least stressful resolution to your case in an affordable manner.

Note: At this time, Morgan is not handling Second Degree, First Degree or Capital Felonies, State Jail and Third Degree felonies only. Please schedule a consultation if you are unsure about the degrees of charges you are facing.
